The service costs $275 for the yearly subscription; this includes one subject area of your choice. Each additional test costs $25 - you choose the number of subject areas you require.

Students sit the tests online. No paper tests to pay for!

Scanning

Schools purchase paper tests and answer sheets and pay NZCER to scan* the answer sheets. This option provides seamless integration from pen and paper to online data and reporting.

*Scanning is not available for STAR tests or Test Booklets 1 and 2 of PAT: Listening.

Manual Entry

Printing

Printing of reports at 60 cents per answer sheet is an option for schools who request this service as part of the scanning services we provide.
